We are Open!
As we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we are doing our best to prepare for each eventuality and ensure that our service to you will be as robust and consistent as possible through this unprecedented time. Many of our customers are within the key or essential business groups that must remain open during this difficult time, to ensure supplies continue to the NHS and similar organisations. We aim to closely support these supply chains as a priority.
Our top priority however remains the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers, partners and their families. We have therefore put many measures in place to mitigate risk, including enabling our teams to work from home, additional hygiene measures, non-contact deliveries and travel suspensions.
Our sales office lines remain open and functional and our stock levels and ability to deliver to you remains strong. Most of our internal team are now set up to work from home and are fully equipped to continue helping you with any enquiries or order. We have only one or two members of staff that will be remaining working in the office for key operations to continue while practising the social distance rules.
To help with the impact on our business, we are asking if you could email your orders or enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org, and one member of the team will be in contact. Our telephone lines have been diverted to the team’s mobiles so you still are able to contact us in the normal way.
Working from Home?
Should you have agreed credit account with us and your staff are working from home and require supplies, then let us know. We will be able to use our direct delivery system to get supplies fast to them all at your specially agreed pricing terms. You can email these orders to email@example.com with the list of items required and the full address. Or alternatively, log on to our web site and place your orders. We have released the restrictions to allow new addresses to be applied to your accounts.
A small delivery charge may be applicable and added to the order.
The majority of our suppliers continue to produce and we have strong stock levels to ensure that we can continue to supply your preferred products, many manufactured locally. However, this supply chain is being affected and we are expecting some delays in stock arriving. Please bear with us as we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Consider combining your orders to reduce the number of deliveries required from us. This not only reduces the risk of contamination and relieves the demand on our delivery network, but also has a positive impact on the environment too.
Our warehouses and logistics operations are running as usual at present. Our delivery drivers will not enter your premises and will maintain the social distance rule. They will not ask for a signature for your delivery. Our delivery crews are following the latest government advice to self-isolate should they experience any symptoms of Coronavirus. This means that some deliveries may be changed last minute – we’re working hard to minimise this but please bear with us.
Most of our office furniture is arriving on time as expected as our suppliers are working hard around the clock to ensure that people are able to work from home as quickly as possible. However we have suspended Furniture Installations until further notice.
For now, please look after yourselves, stay safe and we’re already looking forward to things returning to usual in the near future. We truly appreciate your loyalty.
