Delivery and Returns
We offer a nationwide delivery service to Zone A. Please call to confirm if we are able to deliver in Zone B and Zone C. Additional delivery charges may apply. We are unable to deliver to Zone D.
Office Products (excludes items shown as FREE Delivery or Third Party Delivery)
Our delivery charges are as follows for Office Products Only:
1. Free Delivery to the UK Mainland on orders over £59.99 ex VAT
2. If your order value is less than £59.99 ex VAT, the delivery charge is £5.99 ex VAT.
3. If your order value is less than £29.99 ex VAT, the delivery charge is £7.49 ex VAT.
4. Some items may have a delivery surcharge charge. These will be marked as THIRD PARTY DELIVERY.
5. Items marked "Free Delivery" will be shipped at no additional cost. These items do not count toward the order total when calculating standard delivery charges for other office products in the same order. Any applicable delivery fees for non-free delivery items will still apply based on our standard shipping policy.
The majority of our products are delivered within two working days (excluding office furniture) in the mainland UK unless stated otherwise. Special order items may have longer lead times which will be advised when you place your order.
Returns / Cancellations
Before returning any products back to us, please contact us to receive authorisation. Please note that any unwanted returns may incur a handling charge of 25% or more depending on the item. This will also include any orders cancelled after they have been despatched.
Any standard office supply item can be returned in its original undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging without any markings or writing on the outer packaging. Goods which are returned that do not match, are unfit for resale, the returns requested will not be credited.
Food Products
Food products shall be in good condition and with adequate date life when leaving our warehouse. No food product will be accepted as a return unless it has been supplied to you in a damaged or deficient condition. You should notify us immediately and submit written details of the claim within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Office Furniture and Seating
Furniture items require a slightly longer delivery time and we will inform you of an anticipated delivery date. All our Office Furniture comes with FREE delivery options to Zone A. Please refer to additional information on each product. All furniture and chair items will come flat packed or boxed. They are designed to be easy to install, but some items will require two people to complete the build.
Failed Deliveries
Please note, should your furniture delivery fail due to no-one being available, re-attempts will be at the courier’s discretion and from time to time, they may return the items to us following the first failed delivery attempt. We therefore reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs should this arise.
Returns / Cancellations
Before returning any products back to us, please contact us to receive authorisation. Please note that any unwanted returns may incur a handling charge of 25% or more depending on the item. A higher handling charge of 50% or more may be incurred if the packaging has been opened.
This will also include any orders cancelled after they have been despatched.
You are able to return furniture items within 14 days of receiving them. They must be unopened and unused. Unwanted items may incur a handling fee. Any items that are opened, built either by a third party or yourselves cannot be returned unless faulty. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to County Office Supplies Ltd.
If you are missing an item or something has arrived damaged, please let us know within three working days of the delivery and we will do our best to correct the problem. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect financial or business loss caused by any missing parts or delivery delays outside our control.
Bespoke Made-to-Order Items
All bespoke, made-to-order items are non-returnable unless found to be faulty. Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Workwear Products
Our delivery charges are as follows for Workwear Products Only:
1. Free Delivery to the UK Mainland on orders over £175 ex VAT
2. If your order value is less than £175 ex VAT, a delivery charge is applied.
Returns / Cancellations
Before returning any products back to us, please contact us to receive authorisation. Please note that any unwanted returns may incur a handling charge of 25% or more depending on the item. This will also include any orders cancelled after they have been despatched.
Please note that all returns must be within 28 days from the date they were dispatched. A return merchandise authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods.
Faulty Goods:
A product is "faulty" if a manufacturing or material fault occurs. Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. These must be inspected by the returns team before credit is issued. Faulty goods will only be accepted up to 90 days from date of purchase
Picking Errors / Input Errors / Surplus to Requirement:
These must have an RMA raised and goods returned to us WITHIN 28 days to receive a credit. The goods MUST be in a re-sellable condition with no external labels, writing, or damage on the packaging.
Damaged in Transit:
As well as the information above that you need to provide to raise an RMA you will also be required to provide photographic evidence of how you received the goods. These must have an RMA raised and goods returned to us WITHIN 28 days to receive a credit.
Non Stock Items:
Any goods not stocked by County Office Supplies Ltdthat have been specially ordered in at a customer’s request are non-returnable unless faulty.
Customised Items:
Any goods that have been badged and embroidered or specially altered in anyway at a customer’s request are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Educational Products
Our delivery charges are as follows for Educational Products Only:
1. Free Delivery to the UK Mainland on orders over £300 ex VAT
2. If your order value is less than £300 ex VAT, the delivery charge is £4.95 ex VAT
3. If your order value is less than £200 ex VAT, the delivery charge is £9.95 ex VAT
Returns / Cancellations
Returns of correctly delivered stock items will be subject to a handling charge of 25% plus any carriage costs. Correctly supplied non-stock items and printed or bespoke goods may not be returned under any circumstances.
