DELIVERIES & RETURNS
All orders received by 5.00pm will be delivered the next working day (mainland Britain only), subject to stock availability and unless otherwise stated on the item.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
1. If your order value is less than £34.99 ex VAT, the delivery charge is £8.95 ex VAT.
2. If your order value is less than £74.99 ex VAT, but higher than £34.99 ex VAT, then the delivery charge is £6.95 ex VAT.
3. If your order value is higher than £75.00 ex VAT, delivery is free to the UK Mainland.
We aim to deliver next day and do so on 98% of all in stock orders; however for matters outside our control we cannot guarantee the delivery for next day. Any orders going to the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Channel will have a standard delivery charge of £29.99 ex VAT. Office furniture will arrive from our other warehouse and the above will not apply. See below for our furniture delivery pricing.
Furniture items require a slightly longer delivery time and we will inform you of an anticipated delivery date. These items may also incur an additional delivery charge. Account customers will be notified at the time of the order. As standard, all of our furniture and office chairs come with FREE delivery. All furniture and chair items will come flat packed or boxed. They are designed to be easy to install, but some items will require two people to complete the build.

Many of our products have additional options available for delivery. At the checkout stage, you will be able to choose from our standard free delivery option or you may prefer to opt for a faster delivery or even have the product installed. Simply choose which option suits your needs and we will take care of the rest. Options available are:

48 Hour Delivery and Installation Furniture.
All orders that have been selected for a delivery or installation on our 48 hour service must be placed by 11.00am on a week day. If placed after this time, the order will be processed the following working day. If you have chosen our installation service, you will be contacted by one of our installation teams prior delivery to confirm that you will be in and that there is clear access to delivery your items.
If you change your mind or a product you have received is not to your full satisfaction, we’ll happily take it back according to the terms of our returns policy (See Terms & Conditions for full details). Any standard office supply can be returned in its original undamaged packaging within 5 days of receipt for a full credit. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging without any markings or scribbles. Goods which are returned that do not match, are unfit for resale or do not match the returns requested will not be credited. In addition, all products carry a 12-month guarantee (from date of purchase) against defects in materials & workmanship.
With furniture items, there will be a handling and restocking charge applied for unwanted items. This cost can vary according to the items. Any items that are built either by a third party or yourselves can not be returned unless a fault has occurred. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to County Office Supplies Ltd.
If you are missing an item or something has arrived damaged, please let us know within three working days of the delivery and we will do our best to correct the problem.
Food products shall be in good condition and with adequate date life when leaving our warehouse. No food product will be accepted as a return unless it has been supplied to you in a damaged or deficient condition. In the event of food products reaching you in a damaged or deficient condition, you should notify us immediately and submit written details of the claim within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified. If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
