Suppliers must fully comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We reserve the right to request evidence of compliance and transparency throughout the supply chain.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
Suppliers must comply with the Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable anti-corruption laws. Corrupt practices of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Ethical Standards
Suppliers must demonstrate high ethical standards in all areas of operation, including labour practices, human rights and workplace safety.

Compliance & Monitoring
Suppliers are expected to maintain ongoing compliance. Failure to meet these standards may result in termination of contracts or business relationships.
